No one at from Circuit City at the Camp Creek location knew that installation was included not even the Operation Manager. The cashier told me that just to bring back my receipt to have the car kit installed -  but that was not true - I spoke to the Operation Mgr which told me that the cashier did not ring up the bundle correctly. He signed receipt and gave me his card - I must have taken at least 25 minutes for Circuit City's Operation Manager to give up and tell me that if there was any problems to call him.
